I own several rental properties in Utah County and have used Mark Cheney from On The Mark Property Management to help me manage those properties. Mark is awesome. He knows the real estate rental market here in Utah. He is a great communicator . I know if I need to talk he is aways available. He takes care of all the problems with my units and always gets good tenants. If you need a property manager I would highly recommend Mark Cheney...Kitty is great also..
