Mike and Matt are awesome. Mike came out after we called late in the afternoon to help us with an issue a different plumber couldn’t fix. Mike did a little research and called an industry contact. Less than an hour later we were good to go (pun intended). Great service at a reasonable price.

I called on a Thursday because one of my toilets was more like a rocking chair than a throne. They managed to work me into their schedule the next morning! They showed up on time. Explained the costs. I approved, and they did the job. They were friendly and willingly shared their knowledge of plumbing with me. Mike took my frantic call one afternoon when suddenly my water stopped flowing. He identified the problem over the phone with one simple question. My water softener broke down, and he was kind enough to stop over shortly thereafter and get the water flowing by putting the softener in bypass mode for the time being. Within hours he sent me a proposal for goods and services and had me on their schedule within a week. Mike and Dalton did a great job installing my new water softener and water heater. The fellas were efficient, polite, and not once complained of the hassle dragging my 28-year-old water heater filled with sediment up the basement stairs. I just can’t say enough about how knowledgeable they are and how patient they have been with me throughout this process. My dishes have never sparkled so much, my clothes are cleaner and look brighter, my fridge water tastes delicious, and even my hair is gorgeous and full of life again! Also, the water was piping hot within an hour of install, and Mike showed me how I could lower the temp to my comfort level. Obviously these products are top notch, and so is their service! Best money I’ve spent in a long time. Thank you, once again, Plumbers Plus.
