I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from your company. On June 18th of last year, I contacted your team because my AC unit kept freezing. A technician came out and informed me there were leaks in my coils. I was given two options: refill the refrigerant knowing it would continue to leak but could get me through the summer, or refill it along with a “stop leak” product that might fix/seal the issue. At that time, my home, and the unit, was not even five years old.Fast forward to last week: the same issues returned. I called another company (referred by my employer), and once again, the issue was identified as leaking coils. However, they also informed me that my unit was still under a 5-year parts warranty last year and that the coils should have been replaced then. They were shocked that I wasn’t informed about this by your technician. I pulled up my invoice from your visit, there is no mention of the warranty at all.As a result, I’m now facing an over $2,000 repair estimate, an amount I cannot afford. If I had been properly advised last year when the warranty was still valid, I would have paid significantly less out of pocket, roughly $1,000+, which I could have managed.Instead, I paid you $624 for a temporary fix that ultimately failed, and was never informed of my warranty coverage. That omission has now left me with a major financial burden, not to mention the discomfort of sitting in a sweltering home. My kids, my husband and I are struggling to sleep at night, while we try to gather the money to pay for this. This entire experience has made it painfully clear that customer well-being and honest service are not a priority for your company. I feel taken advantage of, and I will not recommend your services to anyone moving forward.
