Our air conditioning went out on a Saturday. After calling our normal service provider, and getting no results, and calling others also with no results, I called Elite and spoke to Jorge. Coming out on Saturday was no issue, and the service we received was 5 stars plus! Courteous, proffessional, absolutely knowledgeable, and we were back to being cool the same day. We have now switched to Elite for our service needs! I highly recommend them!

Our air stopped working during the night. We called several place and Elite was the only one able to come today. Jorge arrived during the window he said he would. It took him less than 5 minutes to figure out what the issue was. He found our Warrenty with Rheem and had our unit up and running in 20 minutes - from arrival to finish. Very nice and knows young man. We will definitely be doing business with Elite.

We drove home 18 hours after a 20 day vacation to an 82° house at 3am.Struggled with fans and exhaustion to wake up to even higher temps in the mid of Texas summer with loads of laundry, yardwork and other chores to do. Needless to say we weren't having it.I called on a Sunday morning and got ahold of Robert, the Service Manager with Elite Heating & Air.I don't always believe these ratings, but lemme tell you about this guy, my lord and savior.He was polite, understanding, and probably didn't want to work that day. But he answered, and crawled into that probably 160+ attic to troubleshoot and repair our AC system.After an hour or two, (remember 160+ degrees!) he crawled down looking like he went swimming and let me know he was going to let his probes confirm it's working, but knew it was already cooling.We instantly ran to the vents hoping for a breeze of something that didn't feel like taking the lid off boiling water. There it was... Subtle, but satisfactory... Real air, conditioned for the 21st century.Robert cooled himself outside in the Texas sun, (yes cooled) and crawled back into the void of our attic like Santa climbing the chimney. Knowing his job was complete and we had nothing but joy to revere over the next few hours. His test equipment plucked from the beast now tamed.Returning to his truck, another house to spread merry, I noticed his cheeks were like roses, and his nose like a cherry.All jokes aside, I highly recommend Elite! Please don't hesitate to trust these guys with your business. As a trained electrical, technical and mechanical professional myself, it was hard to make the call and commit to paying for a service like this. But their prompt arrival, assurance, and results made them worth the call. Saved me hours (if not days) of YouTube'ing in the heat and wishful purchases for a solution.

I wish I could put no stars definitely a scamming company, especially to landlords. Had a simple drain clog that turned into a 200$ issue. A technician came out to check a clog that had already been fixed and claimed that my ac filter wasn’t that bad but still proceeded to replace it just to turn around and charge me for it. The technician failed to realize I have cameras in my home, Where he stated that he would take care of it in the most polite way just to smack my wallet with it later. Definitely don’t recommend the work or the company as a whole. Save your money

I had to eat my pride on this, I’m a former HVAC service tech and comfort advisor. Elite sent James out for a free estimate on replacement. James had his work cut out for him with my extensive background. 90% of all salesmen get sent away immediately in my home. I learned real quick he was not a salesman but a passionate technician that knows more than I do. I am honestly blown away. The price was reasonable and the value was excellent. I hired Elite Heating and Air to clean my house air duct vents. Their customer service was excellent from beginning to the end. Patty who scheduled my appointment went out of her way to get me scheduled. She was very nice and professional every time we spoke. The technician Freddie Contreras was also very professional. When he 1st came in he explained the process of duct cleaning and then he inspected my ductwork in the attic to make sure there were no damages before cleaning.
