I had a fantastic experience at The Werkstatt! This was my first visit, and Cleo was very professional, courteous, kind, articulate, understanding, and without a negative attitude. She was a great listener - who didn’t interrupt me when I described the problem with my Cayenne, and she took the time to explain the steps that would be followed to get to the problem. She genuinely assured me that she was committed to finding the problem – which was important to me. In essence, I wasn’t just another customer, I was treated as a “Valued Customer,” and there is certainly a difference between the two.I’m the type of person who will not be a part of anything that causes stress in my life. So, I was at that point – in view that the problem had been nagging me for a couple of weeks – while I obtained estimates for the repair work.From the description of the problem provided, Cleo’s initial assessment was spot on. Following the diagnostics, her assessment was accurate – and the needed repair was made on the very next day! I couldn’t believe it! Why? Because the other two Porsche repair companies that I had obtained quotes from - had assessed the repair cost to be three times the amount that I paid at The Werkstatt! Guess what? Cleo could’ve done the same thing as the two companies - but she didn’t! That’s honesty and integrity to me. Without any apologies for making this next statement, I will say that: I had prayed and asked God to lead, guide, direct, and order my steps to the right Porsche Repair Company to get this problem fixed, and I’m so thankful and grateful that He answered my prayer!I’m also very happy to have found a safe place to take my Cayenne for repairs. Yep! It’s The Werkstatt, with Cleo and her Team. I trust Cleo because not only does she have all the qualities and work ethics mentioned above, but I wanted to re-state that I found her to be a very honest and transparent person, and the pricing for the repair work rendered was also very reasonable - compared to others in the industry. This review is long overdue.I’ve done a second PPI with them for a growing collection and Werkstatt has come through for me both times.Cleo. Super professional. Detail oriented. Super personable.The world of used specialty vehicles can be dicey, but having the Werkstatt in your back pocket is like being supported by a trustworthy friend/family. No shadiness.It’s a scary world - but they give that “you don’t have to be alone kind of vibe.” Werkstatt is a nice bundle of fairness, honesty and security packaged into the specialty car shop next door. A “candy” store also sometimes. Especially if you are there when some iconics are in the midst.Their prices are competitive for the services they provide BECAUSE they have that boutique niche customer service feel that you can’t compare with other shops, again - honest - and of course skilled. Highly recommend!

Cleo and Albert. I couldn’t say enough great things about their customer service and expertise. I instantly felt welcomed and knew I found the right home for my 911. Their pricing is fair and about 50% of what you would pay at the dealership. Their communication and regular updates kept me in the loop and aware of timing and work being done. And of course, honesty is hard to find when looking for a new service center. After reviewing my service history they let me know much of what was planned for the service could wait. This nearly cut my expected bill in half. Honesty and transparency are key and they now have another loyal client. No wonder they have a solid 5 star rating! Thanks again for everything.

I have a 1998 Boxster that has been running hot for about a year now.. I took it to Werkstatt and immediately felt I was in good hands. Cleo greeted me and took alot of time listening to what was going on with my car. Shortly after that Werkstatt did a diagnostic test and explained what was needed to correct the problem. I care very much about customer service, but for my car, the quality of service must be impeccable. It took me years to find a place with both. I have never felt more cared for and taken care of. Cleo is the face of the shop and she cares, is clear and truthful. Albert is the mechanic and he's done better work than anyone else who has ever touched my car. I had an issue that 3 shops and at least 4 other mechanics were sure required a new sunroof. Albert found something in the upper windshield that finally fixed the problem. Their fix would have not helped and the Werkstatt fix was 20% of what the others would have charged. I have sent others to Werkstatt and they call me to report how impressed they are with the knowledge and work. If you have a Porsche, you shouldn't go anywhere else.

This shop is a hidden gem and Cleo is amazing. Had a headlight issue come up and they resolved it in lightning speed. Super responsive, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. Is definitely my new shop moving forward. I highly recommend this shop for all of your Porsche maintenance needs!

I've been having my older Porsches services and fixed with them for years, by far the only mechanic shop I trust whole heartedly. I had a few minor issues and a couple major issues happen to my boxsters and my 911, and they perfectly diagnosed and fixed the issues timely, and they are always honest about everything. Cleo is incredibly trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and a very caring person, again the only shop I trust at the moment. 10/10 business!!!

I brought in my 2020 992 911s to The Werkstatt (Work Shop) for its 3 year service which inlcuded oil, filter and plugs. Cleo and the entire crew were terrific. The service was first rate and the price was about 1/2 of what the dealership was going to charge. I am a very statisfied customer.

I was so lucky to find Werkstatt Porsche Repair. First off office manager Cleo is amazing!!! She make fixing your Porsche less painful 🤣 She was helpful, accommodating, friendly, informative, timely and thorough. She keeps you notified at every step and the estimates for repair were clear without shenanigans. I just can’t say enough about her service. The garage was immaculate. I'll start by saying The Werkstatt is a hidden Jem of Indy Porsche shops in the LA area. Up until this point, my 987.2 hasn't had any major issues and the local Porsche shop near me seemed eager to do regular maintenance but they weren't capable of resolving my intermittent transmission issues. A Porsche tech friend of mine recommended I visit his mentor's new shop. James is very methodical, but most importantly a mechanic I can trust.Cleo and James were very communicative from the moment the vehicle arrived. Cleo provided reoccurring updates on the results of the diagnosis and addressed all of my concerns. They spent several hours on the vehicle, ensuring that the previous repairs were completed property. The culprit was a warped clutch disc and a defective flywheel. The end result was fantastic and the car is back on the road with no issues.I live over 2 hours round trip but IMO The Werkstatt's expertise is worth it!
