The ladies are among the nicest and most professional medical office I’ve ever been to! It had been almost 2 years since I had visited the first time and they all remembered me and greeted me with smiles. I went for an original consult for dental implants in 2024. I was very impressed with Dr Scruggs. He greeted me with a smile and a handshake! His bedside manner is impeccable. He put all my X-rays up on a big screen in front of me, examined my teeth and gums, and we discussed what the best implants would work while explaining the issues of my teeth by the X-rays. He also talked about what I could do financially and if I couldn’t do uppers and lowers at the same time then he suggested what I needed currently and what I could wait a little while to get. He spent at least 30 mins with me while giving me honest answers. I spent the next two years getting different opinions. I went to 5 other practices and not one even came close to Smile Solutions!! I decided to go with them and went back yesterday for my final consult. Dr Scruggs was the same as he was the first time and had the same treatment plan. I then met with Dayana, Care Coordinator, and she went over the cost of each treatment plan Dr Scruggs suggested. She is such a joy to work with and her personality is upbeat and full of joy. I already love these professionals and will definitely trust them to give me a beautiful and functional smile!! Thank you team Smile Solutions! I am excited to get my smile back 😁

Very quick to get me in, no hassle with check in (receptionist was super nice) consultation was a breeze (again such a nice experienc). X rays were also a breeze and a solution was quickly come up with. I really appreciated their empathy and understanding. We also had some laughs. Definitely going to bring my business here. Such a clean office also!!!
