We worked with Jacob for our YouTube channel many times and he is always so fun to work with and helped us achieve great results!For one video we trained with him for 30 days and I went from 172 lbs to 189 lbs. I also was scared to deadlift more than two plates and by the end I could deadlift over 350 lbs.Truly impressive results only achievable thanks to Jacob and his training and encouragement. Jacob was awesome letting our team come through the entire week. He allowed our Minor League Baseball team to come in and get quality training in for the week. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a great spot to train and meet great people. Also very helpful for those who have a group or team that needs to train on the road.
