We recently hired Pristine Concrete to create a unique yellow brick road in our backyard, and from the very beginning, the experience was fantastic.Miguel arrived fully prepared with all the proper tools to measure out the backyard and took the time to truly listen to the vision we had in mind. I showed him a couple of rough sketch ideas, and he immediately said, “We can make this happen.” Right there on the spot, he let us know he already had the proper tools and even the exact color we were hoping for. We scheduled the project that same day.Scheduling was incredibly easy. Not only did they show up on the scheduled day, but they arrived exactly on time with multiple vehicles and a full crew ready to work. Everyone got started immediately, worked efficiently, and wasted absolutely no time. You could tell these guys were seasoned professionals with years of experience in the craft.What really stood out to us was their willingness to go above and beyond. While waiting for the concrete to set, I mentioned a few small areas of the yard that weren’t part of the original plan, and without hesitation they helped level those areas out as well.They completely transformed what used to be a giant square dirt backyard into something magical and inviting that we now enjoy every single day.
