Charlotte Dry Cleaners is the best!I've been coming here since March of last year, and it has become my only go-to place for dry cleaning and alterations. Their service is consistently top-notch. Everyone is always kind, takes the time to listen, and genuinely cares about helping their customers.On Friday, I found myself in an emergency situation. I had a wedding to attend on June 19th, and I accidentally burned the front of my dress with an iron. I was panicked and extremely upset. I called Charlotte Dry Cleaners, and they immediately asked me to bring the dress in.When I arrived, they assessed the damage and came up with an incredible solution. They expertly adjusted the pleats on the dress in a way that completely hid the burn mark. I was absolutely amazed by the result. Not only did they fix the issue, but they did it within an hour so I could still wear my dress to the wedding.I can't express how stressed I was and how grateful I am for their help. They understood how important the dress was to me, prioritized my request, and delivered exceptional work under a tight timeline.I will forever be grateful to the team at Charlotte Dry Cleaners for saving the day. Best tailor in the neighbourhood by far! Have been visiting for years and their skill to alter things it truly impressive. All alterations are done in house at a very reasonable timeline and price! I’ve just started to use their outsourced dry cleaning service and have to say it is somewhat sub par. Multiple items have had to go back numerous times after returning with new, or previously untouched marks that were the original reason to send it. Nonetheless will continue to return for their tailoring services for sure!

Had our traditional Chinese wedding clothing (dress and suit jacket) altered as well as two western suit jackets and pants. They did an incredible job! Everything fit perfectly on the first try and all 6 pieces were done within a week at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

They have made my pants/dresses/shirts/any piece of clothing I have ever brought in feel brand new and no one does a better tailoring job in the city. They have hand sewn multiple items for me and fixed what I thought was unfixable. Couldn't recommend them enough. The best in the city.
