My pickup got caught in the 2023 hail storm in Central Texas but it wasn't enough to total. Auto Hail Specialist was the first to be able to see me "immediately" and were able to assess the damage quickly. My insurance, Allstate, has been less than helpful and the adjusters were being downright problematic. Cliff, Ted, and the crew handled my insurance for me, adjustments were made, and the work got done. It did take over a month, so make sure you have that scheduled in your life, but much of that was insurance delays and the guys made sure I was up to speed, always answering my calls.
