Justin was amazing. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to repair a terribly damaged garage floor and turned it into a beautiful garage floor. the garage floor made the walls look bad because it was so pretty so then we had to paint the walls. Now our garage looks gorgeous. He was able to do the work in two days and it was a lot of work. The crew were fabulous. They answered all my questions and allowed me to take pictures and stopped to discuss things with me. Very friendly and professional. Thank you so much

This is the 2nd time we’ve hired Justin to do work in our house. They do great work!! So happy we used Modern Builders. They painted our entire main floor and kitchen as well as the vaulted ceilings. They also put a new floor in our guest bathroom. We would refer them to anyone!

Justin & Ken did a wonderful job installing our new vinyl plank flooring! It was a big job, as we removed carpet & put LVP ontop of our original wood flooring on 2 floors in our house.Justin and his team came over to meet us and see our house right after we reached out to them, which was nice to meet the owner and learn about our options.They’re very easy to talk to and they definitely want to do the job that YOU want! They kept us updated, got our opinion before doing some things, and they worked very well within our budget. They’re super personable & honest, so we felt confident in them right away. If you have any issues or setbacks, they quickly resolve it.We have some other projects that we want to complete eventually and will definitely be using them!

Modern Builders and Design handled the remodel of our first floor, including removing our original hardwood floors and installing new ones; refinishing our stairs, updating our powder room; and painting all walls, ceiling and trim. Justin and his team did a terrific job and we’re very happy with the results. We were all in close quarters for several weeks given the scope of the project, and everyone on the crew was very respectful and conscientious. Justin was readily available for questions and ideas and very responsive. We would definitely work with them again!

Finally got tired after many years of sealing & power washing the concrete garage floor trying to eliminate the constant dirty look and trying to make it easier to clean.Contacted Modern Builders and Design to do epoxy. Justin spent time explaining how the application was done, answered my many questions & provided many color design choices to choose from.Because of their professional demeanor, advice, feedback and what I thought was a fair price I had them do the work. I hired Justin and his team to replace my 2nd floor carpeting with vinyl hardwood floors and they did a tremendous job!! Dan, the lead installer is absolutely amazing.
