They tell you they are glad to help with an IRS problem. Then they try to grossly over charge for their service. The owner called me an told me I needed to contact a local smaller service to take care of my IRS issues. Little did this clueless owner know, I already enlisted the services of HR Block and they were fixing everything for less than half what this service was charging. They also think they can over charge providing for services that can be easily performed by AI. They try to charge more thsn 3 times what anyone should pay for running a static payroll that never changes. Complete scammmers and amateurs.

I came here as a new client after trying to do my own taxes with one of the online services, and it showing I owed more than I thought I should. I chose Seaside after reading such great reviews online. I’ve used other tax preparation services before, but they always just had me drop off my papers and call me later when done. Nancy invited me to sit down at her desk as she went through everything, while asking questions specific to my situations; things that Turbo Tax couldn’t differentiate between. For certain situations she referenced the tax books to verify she was interpreting it correctly, which showed me how thorough she is. Although I still owed money, it was about half of what Turbo Tax said I owed originally and I felt like it was accurate. I had a great experience with Nancy and I will definitely use Seaside again.

No one recommended Seaside Tax to us but we are glad to have found Nancy. My spouse and I were expecting to owe the IRS but Nancy is a profound expert and we left with a refund! I sent an email to STA after seeing their sign outside their office. It was after hours, but the very next morning I received a phone call from Nancy, who was absolutely receptive and caring! After a brief discussion, I asked to send her an email snapshot of my income tax dilemma. She immediately texted me her info, and I sent my request! She immediately responded to my email and had fantastic news for me! I was totally blown -away by Nancy's customer service skills! I had been trying to get help from my old actg. firm (who I was faithful to for 15 yrs) in VA - I just moved to TX in January. They basically ignored me for 2 months. I definitely recommend Seaside & Nancy if you need actg or tax help! She's a professional and a ROCKSTAR! She really understands customer service!
