I’ve been down here in Wadebridge for last couple of weeks and still have a week to go 🕺🏼 I’m entered in Hyrox Birmingham at the end of October was looking to find somewhere to maintain my fitness whilst down here. Popped into CrossFit Onen and touched base with them to see if I could use the box for the 3 weeks. They set me up with weekly passes which were very reasonable and great as it allowed me to drop in when it suited. I mainly attended engine classes and also a couple of open gyms everyone that was there welcome me with open arms and looked after me. It’s a great set up when I’m back down in Cornwall next year. I will definitely be heading back. Thanks to all the coaches and members for making my time with them a fun one.

We did a drop in back in March which happened to fall across on their Friday night lights for the open workout. We were welcomed in with open arms and had such a great evening! The community were incredible and supported and cheered us on as if we were on of their own. We are back down in September during our next visit to Cornwall!

I have been using the drop in here for 12 months and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Such a friendly group of people and the classes are excellent. The instructors are attentive and take time to help and encourage everyone. There are people of all ages and abilities and everyone is included and looked after.

At the very young age of 40 🤪 I thought CrossFit was a young person’s fitness and can be a little daunting going for the first time even though I been training one way or another for about 20 years. But honestly the people and coaches at onen are awesome so welcoming and encouraging to anyone at any level no one judges, you go at a pace you are comfortable with.Only thing I wish is that I started doing it sooner. Hardest thing is going for the first time the rest is easy, well as easy as you want it to be 😜

I absolutely LOVE Onen CrossFit! Absolutely top notch trainers who are so kind and talented, and are amazing at coaching at all levels. I’ve only been attending for about a month, and have no previous CrossFit experience and the coaches have been amazing about teaching form and modifying workout elements as needed. The atmosphere of the gym is incredible as well, very tight knit family feel, while also being SOOO welcoming to newcomers such as myself! Would give them ten stars if I could! Keep up the stellar work Onen 💪🏻

I have just moved to the area and joining this gym has been hugely helpful for me and my husband. We have been made to feel so welcome and we have really learned a lot in a short time from the instructors. Everyone is on their own level and competing with themselves and there is a great sense of comradery. This is a really special gym to be a part of :)

Dropped into CrossFit Onen for the week whilst away in Cornwall. Super friendly box to train at and a great variety of classes! Will be back next year 😁
