I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Their system has continuously declined my automatic car payments for no valid reason, yet they still try to charge fees as if the issue is on my end. This has happened multiple times, creating unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience.Even more concerning is their lack of basic security practices. They have sent emails containing highly sensitive personal information, including Social Security numbers, through unprotected channels. That is completely unacceptable.Since purchasing a vehicle through them, I have also experienced fraudulent activity, which raises serious concerns about how customer information is being handled and protected. When issues are repeated and security is this careless, it shows a major breakdown in trust and responsibility.There needs to be accountability, better systems, and immediate improvement in how they handle both payments and customer data. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
