I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Their system has continuously declined my automatic car payments for no valid reason, yet they still try to charge fees as if the issue is on my end. This has happened multiple times, creating unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience.Even more concerning is their lack of basic security practices. They have sent emails containing highly sensitive personal information, including Social Security numbers, through unprotected channels. That is completely unacceptable.Since purchasing a vehicle through them, I have also experienced fraudulent activity, which raises serious concerns about how customer information is being handled and protected. When issues are repeated and security is this careless, it shows a major breakdown in trust and responsibility.There needs to be accountability, better systems, and immediate improvement in how they handle both payments and customer data. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

I initially reached out as soon as I filed my taxes and knew I'd have a substantial down payment within a month or 2. They never once hounded me or anything most dealerships would do. Tricia kept in constant contact with me just checking in to let me know what they had that met my requirements. As soon as she learned I had some issues going on with my adult children she would reach out to see how things were going and offered well wishes. When it came time to finally looking in person she helped me with going to a different lot for a cheaper car. But in the end I ended up at the Lawton location took one look at what I was looking for and was sold. She proceeded to juggle 2 sales at the same time and was so considerate or how long it was taking to do so and I am now the proud owner of my modern dream car!
