He came by within a couple days to provide a free inspection, and Dan was incredibly thorough, taking me and my husband through our whole house and discussing things as he inspected. He concluded that we definitely had a humidity issue, and provided us with a step-by-step plan for how to resolve both our humidity problem and the mold issues it has caused.Dan quickly provided us with an estimate, and we had several phone calls where he answered all of my questions. He was very communicative and patient, and he got us on his schedule quickly. Once here, they had all the work done across our upstairs and basement within 2.5 days, including opening, cleaning, and repairing walls, removing insulation, and cleaning some of our belongings.Once complete, Dan then walked me and my husband through the house again, and answered any lingering questions.Dan and his team are responsive, communicative, patient, fast, and I highly recommend them for any water damage and mold issues!

By the way, the business name is rather appropriate for this company. When you obtain multiple quotes like so many do you must include Pure. The owner Dan is trained and an expert in this field, and of course, licensed and insured. Have him come out and take a look, and you will be happy that you did so. If there was an option to click on 10 stars, I would have. Communication, pictures, honesty, integrity will show up to your door when you take that step. As we all know, there are others that will try to add extras and take advantage of a person. This will not happen with this company. Dan was great! He came and did a free mold inspection. We thought we had black mold and he quickly confirmed that we didn't but showed us the other kind of mold that we did have in the basement. He was very educational in his conversation about everything. he made recommendations of treatment but did not push it on us which I appreciated.
