This is long ,but save your money and safety!I originally wrote a review a few weeks ago .Sharing the experience of having a custom shed built . Before I go further . This shed was very specific to being no taller than 10 ft ( due to permits. The review included . The change of delivery on the day . I had already started a 3 hr drive and took the day off . To delivery being delayed due to the driver having no pilot car . The driver arrived a hr before sunset . having trouble ( due to something breaking on the mule) his child is swinging/hanging from my door of the shed. The shed was placed in the corner of the property in the pitch dark. Only using a light onthe mule . We have no lights on the property. After he gets it leveled, I keep looking at it and say “ this looks way taller than 10ft” ! He replied and said “ because it is “ I was shocked because I had several conversations with the sales guy Cameron. And at this point have no idea what todo … The driver reaches out on the phone in front of me ( I’m assuming a manager) mind you it’s roughly 10 pm, I am told a manager will get ahold of me …The next morning I walk around the shed, discover a big chunk out of the bottom , I place the first message , then a phone call. My husband reaches out to our sales guy .We wait NO Response. Until I put up a review. Then I get a call .All of the sudden wanting to make it right.I do get a $150 credit because I painted over the damage myself . They offer to build a new shed. I ask to send me a email, basically confirming that they would honor a rebuild in writing. Giving me a 4 month window, to see if in fact I have to move it or file/pay for permits due to county:HOA.Not trusting a verbal conversation given that they never reached out in a month, until the review.I have yet again ,been waiting over 2 weeks, with no reply. No email.Unfortunately on top of this we paid $200 for a customer ladder ( summit structure) indicates 250-300 weight limit .My husband 248 , went to walk up the ladder to check out the loft , and the step breaks!! Thank god it was the bottom. And he didn’t get injured. Also we had to paint the whole front of the shed because it looked bad.I really wanted to give them another shot, but zero communication and just one thing after another is ridiculous. This has been on going since April 10th …..Just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere..
