Where do I start. First Cameron himself ,was great to work with. He vas great at communicating and very patient with me. with that being sad, he and I had several conversations via text message and a conversation on the phone about the specs of my shed.Where I was placing the shed has a very specific guidelines on height and square footage so that I did not have to worry about getting a permit.The height could not be over 10 feet Kameron knew this. As we are going along with the custom build, I had asked him about putting an actual door instead of the barn doors thinking that would be better insulation.Within an out of that at the end, he never said anything about that changing the height of my shed. I honestly don’t even know if he knew that, but as a sales person helping design sheds, he should be fully aware..so the shed was being placed at my Beach property, which is three hours away from where I live is scheduled date was set for delivery. I left early that morning. Made it over halfway than received a phone call that no the delivery driver was not coming that day he wasn’t coming till the next day so I had to turn around drive all the way home. Take another day off to be able to drive up the next morning. .So then the following day, the delivery guy gets a hold of me tells me that there’s several complications that he was on the other side that he had I believe two other sheds ahead of me that he wouldn’t be getting to me until way later in the evening for my understanding, he told me that he was not provided a pilot car Because my shed was so tall that it actually exceeded what one of the tunnels specified so he had a good Samaritan block off the tunnel and help guide him through .He ends up getting to my property and setting up my shed in the complete dark with using his cell phone light and the small light on the mule,Prior to that as my shed is still on the trailer, his young daughter I don’t know eight or so is hanging off of my door knob on my custom shed after he gets it in the corner and leaves it’s close to 10 o’clock at night. Keep in mind this whole time I’m looking at my shed thinking it’s 10 feet because that is specifically point-blank what I told Kameron and as I’m looking at the shed in the dark, I say to the driver Jesus this seems really tall for 10 feet. He is the one who actually tells me that my shed is way over 10 feet And that’s when he tells me the story with the tunnel because on the trailer he was like at 15 feet high. . So at this point, I’ve got a shed that is too big. That’s already delivered the next morning I go walk around and find a huge chunk out of the back of the shed damage. I have sent an email I have made phone calls. I have sent text messages not one response from anybody..So as a whole, I would not give any stars because my experience was terrible

Such a great experience for me so far. Cameron, out of the Tangent office has been great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I came in with what I thought I wanted but then completely changed my mind. I went from a studio plan to a Premier She’d and Cameron was very patient through every change I made. It is going to be built on site and I have been very specific and picky because this is going to be a quilting shed and I want to protect what is stored there. Cameron reassured me by telling me about the aspects of the build that will give superior protection. This is for a relatively small shed but I was treated as if I was building a castle!

I can not say enough about Cameron C. He was so patient in this process. I changed my mind , cancelled, lost a credit card. Changed my mind again, and Cameron stayed so professional and personable throughout the whole thing.I appreciate him so much !Thanks for a wonderful experience. I worked with Jase on my custom shed for months and he has been absolutely amazing to work with. In the beginning, I had no idea what I wanted or even what was possible. He walked me through everything step by step and was patient every time I wanted to edit the plans (which was a lot). He took every idea I had and made sure it came to life. He worked within my budget and helped me to get the most value for the cost. The shed is now being built so I will update once it’s finished, but Jase’s part of this process was seamless and easy. I would recommend him to anyone needing a structure built.
