I had my ducts cleaned by Clearly Clean Vents on Wednesday. Jeff came by at the time we agreed on. He took the time to explain exactly how he cleans the vents because it was different than the average duct cleaners. He took the time to clean and sanitize each vent individually and explain how he was doing it and showed me how many dirt he was pulling out which was impressive. The service (both in person and in scheduling) is beyond phenomenal! It’s quite the sight to see the dust and dog fur coming from your vents! Jeff works hard when at your house! He started just over 2 hours ago and is still going strong! He works in one area at a time, and carefully cleans it up before proceeding to the next vent/air return. He informed me of every step, provided a timeline of Services, and invited me to ask any questions along the way and/or watch as he performed any or all of the Services.
