I was sick of my long and heavy hair a few months ago and was looking for a hairdresser to give me the haircut I wanted. I've had eyelash extensions from Sophie before and I remember them being so comfortable and perfect, so I came back again. I don't have perfect English skills. However, she listened carefully to the photos and explanations I showed her and gave me the short haircut I really wanted. I think she is a very talented and experienced hairdresser. I had my hair Keratin treatment done at Beauty By the Bay and it’s been such a game changer. I now wash my hair and it is smooth, shiny and needs no styling. All I can say is WOW Beauty by the bay Dunsborough is 10/10 myself and my bridal party all received the most heavenly facials with all organic products in the lead up to my big day my skin felt smooth, glowing and fresh, I also got my brows waxed and dyed which I had never tried before and I never knew my brows could look so good !!! Followed by an amazing spray tan a few days before my wedding which was absolutely perfect ! I couldn’t recommend this place enough, Sophie is so talented at what she does and I will be recommending beauty by the bay to everyone! Very disappointing spray tan. Very patchy, splotchy and the palms of my hands were about 2 shades darker than that of my legs. Even after exfoliating numerous times, my hands were orange for days. Less

I had a facial that let my skin in amazing conditions for a while. The Facial treatment was relaxing and very effective. Products used in there are just amazing, all organic based for those how wanna be more kind to them selfs. I got some for my self and I’m pretty happy with them (facial and hair products ). Such a personalized service, that has left me feeling in love with my hair again. I cannot rate this salon highly enough. After visiting for my brows, hair and now the most amazing facial, it is my go to! The facial was so relaxing, with an added hand and foot massage.. I almost made it through without falling asleep! Sophie’s attention to detail and calming nature is just the energy you want in a salon and Jamie is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had.
