I cannot say enough nice things about Jamie and her team. I chose Jamie's salon specifically for their low-tox products and holistic approach to haircare. Jamie brought my blonde hair back from the dead and put so much time and effort into helping me find the right style/colour for me. I have never been to the same hairdresser twice, but since finding Jamie I wouldn't go anywhere else. Two years and counting :) xx

I had the pleasure of getting my haircut at Beauty by the Bay this afternoon and it was a wonderful experience. David truly exceeded my expectations with his skill and expertise. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and the result was a flawless haircut that not only looks fantastic but also feels incredibly manageable. The ambiance of the salon was chic and relaxing, and the level of service was outstanding from start to finish. I left feeling like a new person and can't recommend David enough. I'll definitely be returning for my next haircut!

All I can say is WOW I had an appointment today with Emmalee for a Lash Lift and a regular brow design, Emmalee mentioned that I would suit lamination brows and I said well let’s do it - I was very worried I wouldn’t like them but I can’t stop looking in the mirror I’m so glad we did it you changed my whole eyebrow experience Emmalee and I can’t wait for more appointments with you, I felt right at home and very comfortable in your care and my lashes look amazing too but the lami OMG I’m in love - see you again soon

I was sick of my long and heavy hair a few months ago and was looking for a hairdresser to give me the haircut I wanted. I've had eyelash extensions from Sophie before and I remember them being so comfortable and perfect, so I came back again. I don't have perfect English skills. However, she listened carefully to the photos and explanations I showed her and gave me the short haircut I really wanted. I think she is a very talented and experienced hairdresser. She is also very kind and attentive to her jobs. I love the quick massage Jamie gives me when she wash my hair! Thank you for always.

My sister and I both had the pleasure of having a facial by the amazing Marion today. By far the best facial I’ve had in 25 years! Marion was gentle, attentive and someone I will ensure I go back and see very soon. She also was not pushy in selling products after your appointment which I really appreciated as I have often felt pressured into this. I had my hair Keratin treatment done at Beauty By the Bay and it’s been such a game changer. I now wash my hair and it is smooth, shiny and needs no styling. My usual hair texture is quite coarse and frizzy. It’s been the best thing I’ve ever done. Jamie get her keratin treatment from America, it’s an amazing product. Thankyou!! 🙏

All I can say is WOW Beauty by the bay Dunsborough is 10/10 myself and my bridal party all received the most heavenly facials with all organic products in the lead up to my big day my skin felt smooth, glowing and fresh, I also got my brows waxed and dyed which I had never tried before and I never knew my brows could look so good !!! Followed by an amazing spray tan a few days before my wedding which was absolutely perfect ! I couldn’t recommend this place enough, Sophie is so talented at what she does and I will be recommending beauty by the bay to everyone! Amazing service and such a beautiful salon offering everything in the one place.

Very disappointing spray tan. Very patchy, splotchy and the palms of my hands were about 2 shades darker than that of my legs. Even after exfoliating numerous times, my hands were orange for days.

I had a facial that let my skin in amazing conditions for a while. The Facial treatment was relaxing and very effective. Products used in there are just amazing, all organic based for those how wanna be more kind to them selfs. I got some for my self and I’m pretty happy with them (facial and hair products ). I was given a personalized, caring consult. The organic colours used in my hair were matched to my skin colour and then hair extensions to match. Such a personalized service, that has left me feeling in love with my hair again. Giving me a new look, feeling confident in my appearance and loved every minute with my new hairdresser - thank you so much. I can’t recommend Jamie enough for all your hairdressing and beauty needs.
