I originally was going to go with a different kind of plaster, but at the recommendation of the product manager Hemilly during my product selection in the showroom, i went with a bright blue plaster which really makes my pool feel like a crystal clear paradise. Building a pool in south Florida can be a scary proposition. Chose Liberty pools after several people I know recommended them.The selling stage was really smooth. Their pricing was very competitive and they were very helpful and creative with the design.The construction was lightning fast. The build itself lasted about two and a half months where some of my neighbors and friends that used other pool companies took over 6 monthsThe team was very friendly, considerate and responsive. Anything that would come up, was immediately addressed.The final product was exactly how we envisioned it and would highly recommend this team for any pool build or remodel.

We cannot say enough good things about our pool renovation from Liberty Pools. They transformed our pool into a beautiful modern oasis, thanks to Rodrigo who made our dream come true. We had gotten multiple quotes from multiple vendors, but when we met Rodrigo, he was informative, experienced, had great ideas, and a great personality. Then when he sent us a comprehensive quote with 3D images of what we can expect, that was the final thing that sold us. The pool came out even better than the photos! He oversaw our project from start to finish, with complete transparency, and the desire to make us happy. His crew did exceptional work. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I had a scheduled appointment with them for 11 AM. I stayed home waiting until noon. No one showed, No one called to cancel or give an update. When I called their answering service at noon, the lady indicated that she has no knowledge of the daily schedule and all she could do is log my call for someone to contact me. It has been 2 days so far, and a call, text, or email from this company.If this is an indication of how this company operate their business, I would recommend to run the other way and run fast

I would highly recommend Liberty Pools to anyone who wanted to add a spa to their existing pool !! We obtained numerous quotes and designs from other companies and they all wanted to remove the screen enclosure, drain and cut into the pool. We simply wanted to construct a spa outside of the pool and plumb it in with a waterfall spillover. Liberty was able to me our design needs. Lucas was easy and great to work with, we couldn't ask for a better project manager. Any questions we had were promptly answered. Liberty provided us with weekly emails listing what work was going to be performed that week. The spa was hand dug with screen enclosure left in place. Because of this, their quote was 2-3X less expensive than the others, and they had great reviews. The pictures below don't do it justice. The finished spa looks like it was installed during the initial pool construction. Both the paver coping and pool tiles match perfectly. We didn't like the initial tile spillover, so we had a custom piece of granite installed for the waterfall spillover. All pavers removed for plumbing were replaced to initial conditions. It took about 8 weeks to complete, which was great, considering it was during the end of the year holidays. Liberty obtained all permits. All city inspections, numerous, were promptly conducted at Liberty's request and were completed and passed without any issues or holdups. The construction phase was a little messy at times, as expected, but the finished product was definitely worth it!! The pool and spa automation equipment that they installed works perfectly with the phone app. I look forward to having them redo my pool decking when the time comes. If anyone wants to visit for a look see or a chat, please make arrangements with Liberty. Many potential customers have already come to see what a great job they had done.
