His work was excellent, the price was very reasonable, and he showed up early for the job.Eric‘s truck-mounted pressure washer easily reached the rather high points of the roof and chimney. He has the equipment to get the job done right.He showed up ahead of schedule, and worked until the job was done.Although the job took longer than anticipated, he declined my offer of additional money in light of the roof’s complexity. Eric is a great guy. He is very responsive to returned calls, and when he's in route to your house. This is the second time I had him pressure wash my house. He is meticulous in getting the job done right. I had black mold on my lanai roof. After a few applications he got it from black to white! See pictures attached.
