WOW, I have spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease. Came in with numbness and tingling in my arm, leg and foot. Peguay did what no Phys. Therapist could, he relaxed my muscles so well that it completely took away the numbness and tingling. It has been exactly 3 weeks and I still feel amazing. I paid $90 in cash and thought it was very well worth it. I felt like jelly when I left that is how relaxed I was from my head to my toes. I fully intend to go back, I was thinking once a month to keep my muscles relaxed.

I’ve been so sore in the final weeks of pregnancy and this massage was just what the doctor ordered. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, so professional, reasonably priced, loved the room vibe. 10/10 would recommend and will be back for future pre-natal and other massages.

I got a head to toe massage here based on Peguy’s recommendation because I said I held some tension in my stomach and he explained how it was all connected and said he could focus on the stomach area. 10/10. Definitely the best massage I’ve ever had.I didn’t even realize my shoulders needed a massage because they felt so relaxed after and the whole massage was great, head to toe.Definitely would recommend.
