Paragon did an incredible job for my wife Sharon and I, on what could have been the worst day of the year. Our 2015 Tuscon died on the Coquihalla and we had it towed on the Saturday long weekend to Paragon, just as they were about to close for the long weekend. Incredible customer service, they helped entertain our toddler, and gave us a loaner vehicle saving us $400 on a rental. When they opened they looked at the vehicle and discovered it was an engine issue. Drew went above and beyond, contacting the local dealership and confirming the repair is under a limited lifetime warranty. He explained how to properly maintain these engines, helped us ensure it got to the dealership, and didn't charge a penny. I will be evangelizing about this garage for a long time. Thank you so much! I got my car diagnosed and repaired not too long ago and it was a wonderful experience. Drew was so amazing at explaining to me exactly what needed to be done and how much each part and labour was going to cost. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, it was really nice to have him explain it in a way that I understood and that didn't feel condescending in any way :) They got my car in the same day I called and had it done that evening. They checked in with me through text a few days later to see how it was running and then again a few weeks later to make sure everything was working okay. Amazing experience! Took my car in for an out of province inspection, the team was quick, extremely friendly, and able to make the needed repairs on my car the same day. No surprises on my report, they called out the one thing I assumed would need to be replaced (rear rotors). Brought my car back for a standard re-torque a few weeks after the inspection and they put my new BC plates on for me - no charge! It’s so refreshing to find an auto repair place where the employees are highly courteous, honest and direct. I was previously told by Fountain Tire to replace my rear brakes soon, as they were apparently down to 20%, so when I brought my car in to Paragon, they brought me into the garage to directly show me with a gauge the exact measurement: the brakes were still at 50%. They could have easily gone ahead and replaced the brakes without any comment, but their honesty has made me a customer for life. Highly recommended. Less

All staff is very friendly, very knowledgable and eager to do what is best for their customer. I would recommend these guys to every person passing through Kelowna and all residents in surrounding areas. My daughter had car trouble that needed repairs on a Saturday. Parts were needed and I was out of province. The staff were more than willing to stay late to complete the job so that she was able to have her car. On a Saturday, who does that? I called in wondering about a quote for brake replacement and Dave was amazing. He had me bring my car in that day for a look, they did a full diagnostic on my car, ran through all the options with me and I was able to book a service for the following day. The replacement went as planned, the quote was lower than anyone else I talked to in town and they even stayed late for pick up! I will go to Paragon for all my future repairs. We have taken our cars there for years and have been very happy with the service we received. The work that needs to be done is done right the first time and surprisingly fast. Just recently I needed some work done because my brakes were squeaking and I was experiencing loud road noise. I dropped in to the shop expecting to wait at least a week to get in but to my surprise they were able to fit me in with a courtesy car. Next day the job was done and the car runs great . You will never find a better auto repair place than this. They are extremely efficient and actually care about YOU. I can’t stress how professional and knowledgeable and thorough they are. You need to bring your vehicle here and see for yourself. Even for an oil change or simple maintenance, they will make sure you are taken care of. 100% I will bring every car there and trust them for all my car needs. Just went in there recently for an oil change and through their inspection they do as a part of a simple oil change they found my rear brakes part was seized and would not release if they didn’t catch this and help me maintain the vehicle it could have led to a very dangerous situation thank you again paragon for all you do. While vacationing in Kelowna from out of province, our drive system malfunction light came on along with the car revving high in park. After many failed phone calls to Audi certified shops to book an appointment, including the local Audi dealership we called Paragon Motors. Being a Monday the shop was closed but our call was taken by Dave the service writer who happened to be in the office catching up on paperwork. After explaining our situation to Dave, he booked us in at 10 am the following day saying at least they would be able to tell us what is wrong with vehicle and if minor could fix it and if major, since still under warranty, tell us whether it was safe to drive back to get serviced where we purchased it from. Dave checked the vehicle in the following morning to be scoped which he estimated would take an hour and offered us a loaner at no cost while our vehicle was being looked at. We declined the generous offer until we knew what was wrong with ours. 15 minutes later a mechanic who returned from test driving the car explained what the issue was which he was able to quickly fix. We can’t thank Drew, Dave and the team enough for making the time to look at our vehicle in the uncomfortable position we were in being on vacation out of province. To top it off….when I asked Drew how much we owe, his reply was ‘I can’t charge you for that”. Have never had an experience like that at a garage no less any service place. Less

Paragon motors has been my go to place for the past eight years. They are trust worthy, reasonably priced, explain the problems well and they are very friendly! They don't over charge or try to charge for unnecessary repairs, they actually talked me out of making doing some repairs that I thought were needed but weren't. The customer service is great, they contact you after to see if the work on your vehicle is doing well. Their new shop is great, the parking lot has better access now, room to move around, the chairs outside are nice to lounge in and enjoy the sun while you wait! I would highly recommend this shop for vehicle upkeep or repairs! Less

I have used Paragon Motors as my "go-to" shop for many years. They do good work, their staff is courteous and follow-up is great. I take both my vehicles there, work and recreational. On occasion I have been swayed to take my vehicles elsewhere...to somewhere "apparently" able to fix a specific problem, but I have learned to stick with Paragon Motors. I’ve been going to Paragon for the past few years for my used vehicle, and they’ve always given me the best personal service and repair. Some examples: A recent new part failed and they were able to get me in and out the same day. A tire change was taking longer than expected, so I was charged the lesser amount for my time. I came in saying a headlamp had burnt out, and instead of charging me for an entire electrical diagnostic, just charged for the parts/labor for the bulb. In my experience, I’ve never been up charged and I always understand what I’m paying for. It helps to ask questions, which they’re more than happy to answer. 10/10 i would HIGHLY recommend giving these guys a visit, whether you're just swinging through town, or you're a long time resident looking for a trustworthy mechanic. Here is the place! I don't think i had ever been treated so kindly at a mechanics shop before. Everyone was so informative, so kind and helpful, and it was shown to me very clearly that they know what they are doing! And if they don't know, they will absolutely do their best to find out, and be completely clear with you from start to finish about what that process is going to look like. I stopped in randomly after going to two other mechanics in town who kind of just shrugged me off, and made it obvious that they were willing to tell me whatever they wanted just to get me out of the door without an appointment. I didn't take offence, as i understood and didn't want to be a bother. But these guys took me right in, and didn't make me feel like a burden or a bother at all. I really appreciated everything they did for me, and the ways that each member interacted with me too! These guys are absolutely worth bringing your vehicle to, and trusting with all of your auto frustrations! Less

My daughter is hours away from me and her car was broken and her tire almost fell off. These guys got her in RIGHT AWAY - (Ford said it would be end of JUNE) and Ford said it would be hundreds of dollars - These guys fixed the problem AND checked the car from top to bottom for more than a fair price and treated her like GOLD! I was driving into Kelowna from Calgary when I ran into some unexpected vehicle trouble. I was panicking as it was May long weekend and knew that I was going to have trouble getting the vehicle repaired right away. Thankfully, Paragon Motors were open on a Saturday and were able to fit me in to have a look at my vehicle. They did do a scan of the vehicle to find out that all the codes were pointing towards a battery issue which they replaced. They did admit that despite the change in battery that it may not fix the problem. Unfortunately, I was still experiencing misfiring issues while driving, but not as poorly as before. I did manage to drive the vehicle back to Calgary and got the problem diagnosed which was spark plugs and one ignition coil. The staff at Paragon Motors were very friendly, accommodating and great to deal with. It is unfortunate that they weren’t able to diagnose and fix the true problem, but despite that, they also managed to squeeze me in their busy Saturday schedule and did what they could before they closed for the remainder of the long weekend. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!! Story time, I'm an evacuee from Merritt and I drove my company car to Kelowna after the floods. The vehicle already had the issue of the driver window intermittently not rolling up which my boss knew, but never fixed (before the evacuation). Well, it decided to quit entirely while I have been here and it was rolled all the way down. We received word that I could return to Merritt but as we are in a historically wet November, there's no way I wanted to drive the connector without a window. So Paragon being the closest shop to me, I took it in for a repair expecting my boss to cover the cost. I called him while I was at the shop to explain the situation when he basically told me it was my responsibility to pay, I shouldn't have taken the car, and he wasn't going to reimburse me if I paid out of pocket. As if not working, losing my home and job wasn't stressful enough, now I had to cover the cost to repair HIS vehicle. In true, stressful fashion, I lost it... pretty bad. I was outside, but the mechanics inside could hear my conversation. They could hear how distraut and obviously stressed I was about paying for this repair... so one of the workers came outside and told me they were repairing my window right away. And they had already fit me into their busy schedule as it was. I was initially told they couldn't have it fixed until Tuesday, and it is Saturday - so I said thanks but I need to this done ASAP. They called ME back to tell me they'd look at it and work throughout their day. I showed up and they got the window rolled up (all I was looking for) and sent me off within an hour. Paragon also booked up but told me if I could leave the truck for the day they would get it done. Left the truck there at about 1 PM. Got a phone call giving me an exact estimate and email asking me to confirm. I did so. Another phone call saying they had found another issue so I said go ahead. They close at 5pm and at 6:25 I got a phone call your truck is ready to go. They waited for me to pick up the truck and pay. The dedication of the staff and management was phenomenal. Visiting Kelowna for the weekend. Freaked out when the battery light came on. Got stood up after booking a mechanic and called Paragon Motors in a panic. They squeezed us in, Drew and Dave were so so so nice and understanding. Nicest mechanics we’ve ever met. They managed to get the repairs done in only a couple of hours. Also picked us up when the job was done so we wouldn’t have to walk back. Overall incredible experience. Don’t expect to be in Kelowna anytime soon but even took their card- just in case! Paid $835 for an alternator replacement. Would still recommend to any visitor to Kelowna with unexpected car troubles without a doubt. Less

I took my vehicle to Paragon for an out of province vehicle inspection. Paragon finished in the time frame promised...and there wasn't a single issue to fix. How many shops would pad the bill, even a little? Not Paragon. But I'm just getting started. The shop arranged to pick me up from home to retrieve my vehicle at their expense, this same shop then assisted me in mounting my front license plate kit, installed the plates, and charged me only for the original inspection for all of this. This is some of the best service I've ever received in any industry. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paragon Motors to my family and friends. Less
