Dr. Taylor and his team were incredibly kind to me when I visited them.I went to their location as a new patient for a gynecological concern. Up until that point, I’d visited four different doctors for my medical issue and I was met with reactions varying from indifference to directly asking me if I was “making it up”.Dr. Taylor and his team were the only ones who took my concerns seriously and actually listened to me. His on-duty clinical student (from Depaul University) was attentive and took notes on all the previous solutions I had tried that hadn’t worked, and they did a vaginal swab test at my request. And lo and behold, I had a UTI!What I was describing to other doctors and the pain I was experiencing was not enough for them to believe me. But it only took one test from Dr. Taylor and one antibiotic prescription from him for me to get better.I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Taylor and his team for actually listening to me and giving me faith in the medical system again.
