This place is a godsend!!! I signed up about a year ago. I fell in love immediately. I had a car accident November 29 last year. I had a solid three or four months off in that time. I struggled to use the bathroom. I have bladder retention thanks to the car accident, sorry for the TMI, but this is 100% a great review to be left. I was taking 20 to 40 minutes to relieve my bladder in the bathroom every time which as you can imagine was quite excruciating to go through. I’ve been back at Speedfit for three months now and I’m able to go to the bathroom in less than a minute most days and most times each day and that’s just from one Visit per week the EMS suit must be stimulating my bladder and helping with my pelvic floor muscles. so for anyone who has bladder retention, it’s amazing for thatAlso, I would like to mention I have a chronic fractured spine T7-T11 And a fractured toe (for going on 9 months) , bilateral tendinitis ,Two bulging discs in the neck, A chronic MCL sprain on my left knee and a total to knee cartilage medial on the left. I have a partial medial tear on the right knee. I have been able to do Speedfit three months post car accident in this condition if that doesn’t show you how safe Speedfit is for people riddled with injuries. I don’t know what wouldThe staff are friendly and caring all round. I have not once regretted my decision to join Speedfit.! Be warned, it’s addictive! The results are AMAzing no matter what your goals are they Will help you get there!
