I only gave a 4 because this was our first time and I don't know if they did their best but we were pretty impressed. Really enjoyed the gentlemen that came, he was polite, friendly and he really cared about doing a good job for his clients. Wish I would have done this long ago but am very happy to be doing this now. We have 4 large dogs and alot poop!
