Online sign-up & waivers were super easy & quick.Launch site was easy to find & our guide, DREW, was quick to greet us upon walk up, make the whole process easy & breezy and was super chill, easy going and accommodating.Our paddle out to the evening bat tour was relaxed, enjoyable; Thus, unforgettable!Drew made our experience wonderful and we were so glad not to be a part of the other cheesy tours with max amount of participants and a guy on a mic doing a formal info tour. My siblings and I had a terrific kayak with Sam! We went on a gorgeous Saturday morning and really enjoyed our out and back trip. Sam gave us so much interesting information about what we were seeing on Ladybird Lake and about Austin in general. It was relaxing and super fun. Less
