I've been seeing Dr. Riley, who is very knowledgeable, listens well, and is responsive to my needs. I have a 20 year history of back, neck, and shoulder pain, and an almost 40 year history of migraines. I've seen multiple specialists in different cities, so when I wanted to start again with a chiropractor after moving to the twin cities, I did a lot of research and waited until I felt I'd found a practitioner I would trust with my spine. Dr. Riley has not disappointed, he's worth the 40 minute trek from my home. He has suggested exercises and treatments that are new to me, which is no small feat after 20 years of trying different things, and he's very skilled with the treatments and techniques that I'm already familiar with. He also always has a good alternative if I'm uncomfortable with something, like sometimes I have other physical issues going on and I don't want a regular manual adjustment, he's never short on gentle alternatives. I never expect to be a quick fix patient, I've disappointed and mystified many excellent professionals in my day, lol, but I feel really good about my treatment plan with Dr. Riley. I've had a notable decrease in migraine frequency, I haven't had to take a single muscle relaxer since I started seeing him six weeks ago, and my shoulders haven't felt this good in a decade. The first day Dr. Andy let me describe everything that I was feeling in my body, what I felt was causing pain/discomfort, and what had been neglected by other chiropractors. He didn’t assume that I needed just the basic adjustments. Each visit had different adjustments that I NEEDED and never had before. This guy is awesome! Y-strap decompression was definitely needed for me, and I’d trust Dr. Andy over anyone with my spinal health.
