Jeff was on time. He checked the air handler first, verified my UV lights were still working and ok. Also verified underneath the main coils of air handler were ok. Then he proceeded to check the external unit. He checked the freon levels and capacitor which were ok, then used a vacuum to ensure the drain line was clear, then vacuumed underneath the unit all around. Finally he cleaned the outside fins. Lots of attention to detail. Can't go wrong using Freedom AC - and Jeff.
