Danny came over, did an ok job but didn't clean the line to the faucet so it looked like something was wrong elsewhere. When I asked him to check he didn't want to and said he'd have to charge me. So I paid him, let him leave pulled off the line for the faucet and saw it was coated from rust post the repair. I wiped it off and the faucet worked brand new. His suggest that we might have to replace water lines was obviously not correct and he really should have looked into things before hand. In the end, the repair of what was leaking was fixed but I had to finish the last bit of stuff.

Our hot water heater went out this AM. Mike was on site within two hours of us calling for help and did an outstanding job. He replaced our heater within three hours and cleaned up everything when done. I would use Done-Right again. Their office staff was great, too.
