Danny came over, did an ok job but didn't clean the line to the faucet so it looked like something was wrong elsewhere. When I asked him to check he didn't want to and said he'd have to charge me. So I paid him, let him leave pulled off the line for the faucet and saw it was coated from rust post the repair. I wiped it off and the faucet worked brand new. His suggest that we might have to replace water lines was obviously not correct and he really should have looked into things before hand. In the end, the repair of what was leaking was fixed but I had to finish the last bit of stuff.

Our hot water heater went out this AM. Mike was on site within two hours of us calling for help and did an outstanding job. He replaced our heater within three hours and cleaned up everything when done. I would use Done-Right again. Their office staff was great, too.

Technician was very friendly and helped me understand what the situation with our sewer was, or wasn’t in our case. Their prices however are outrageous. Before he started he told me it would be $500 for the visit and to rod the line. When he ran a camera he saw it did not need to be rodded and that the line was in fact clear, the price then was $400 for essentially showing up and saying it was fine. I would recommend getting multiple quotes to validate their pricing.

Jayden was polite. He only spent 20min trying to rod out the clog and said it couldn't b done. Then charged nearly $300. Done Right not very customer friendly.

Very disappointed!! We hired Done-Rite to remove a toilet and install a new one. The young man who arrived removed the old toilet but could not get the new toilet installed. He spent an hour on the phone with a supervisor trying to figure out what to do. He left without installing the toilet and told me he could not get the old one back on either. He told us we needed to rip out and replace the entire floor in the bathroom so he could get the issue addressed. He left us with no toilet in place and a $500 charge. We called a different plumber from another company who came out and installed the new toilet in 10 minutes. No issues. Ridiculous!

Tim went above and beyond with our plumbing issue. He bought the proper faucet needed because of the weird pipe configuration and then put together the sink we bought online and hooked everything up. Then hauled the old HEAVY laundry sink away! Highly recommend Done-Rite Plumbing!!!

Absolutely would recomend, situation was turning into a nightmare. Leaky cast iron pipe from our tub leaking onto our ceiling. The plumber who was dispatched, Danny was extremely professional knowledgeable and upfront about everything, and diagnosed the problem very quickly and showed me the exact location of the leak. The next day he came in and did the job in a timely and efficient manner. The company also seems very honest, the price i was quoted was the price I paid in the end, there was also no sales pitch which is very nice to not have to go through. You tell them what you want, they give you a quote and then execute. Will be using this company again.
