I’ve been coming to this gym since March. My personal trainer Kelsi is truly a fantastic trainer. She personalizes my workouts for my specific needs and listens to what my goals are. The other members are friendly and supportive. The owner Pam is hands on and very conscientious about keeping the gym in tip top shape. So fortunate to have discovered this gem of a gym!!

I started at CrossFit 626 in May 2023. I joined because I was interested in increasing my functional fitness. I started at 2 classes per week, and pretty quickly went unlimited with 5-6 classes per week. I just cannot get enough! Benchmarks I've achieved after regularly attending group classes for one year: lost 30lbs, improved my mile time by almost 3 minutes, achieved an unassisted pullup, and deadlifted twice my bodyweight. As soon as we arrived the coach said that they no longer have few trial so they cancelled or reservation and need to pay and book another time. Wasted our time, we could be training somewhere else instead... More

Supportive and knowledgeable coaches, various time slots for classes, feeling of community and encouragement from other members. Foundation classes at the beginning are good starting option for beginners of CrossFit or fitness in general like me. Coaches will consider your level and alternate different movements for your level and needs. Definitely recommend for people living in 626 areas.

I joined 626 about 3 months ago and enjoyed every minute of it. All the coaches and the owner Pam are super nice and knowledgable. They care about your fitness goal and help you progress safely. 626 has become part of my life!! i’d say everyone can find a level of workout that fits them even for the beginners here at 626.
Gym owner and head coach Pam Eamranond fosters a fully supportive environment at 626. Her belief that anyone can be fit, and that strength can be measured in multiple ways, creates a safe and holistic environment where clients don't feel pressured to do the max, like at some other gyms, which can be dangerous. Somewhere in October was my year anniversary since starting at CrossFit626. I had called and talked to Pam (owner) after reading reviews and checking out the website. She was so welcoming and kind, it gave me the motivation I needed to show up for the foundations class. So glad I did. At 45, with three kids (2 young ones), and a recent torn achilles injury, I hadn't had any consistent fitness regiment for years. The abuse I put my knees and joints through as a youth athlete had caused deterioration to the point where just looking at a few stairs caused me anxiety. My heart issue seemed to be worsening to where just walking a short distance put me out of breath. The aging process seemed to be speeding up, and I needed some help. There are soooooo many things on the Level Up method that I saw and said, "there is NO way I will ever be able to do that." My year long goal at the start was just to be able to jog 200m, and sit at the bottom of a squat for 10 seconds without dying, and maybe jumprope without peeing. One year later, I'm between yellow and orange, I can run a mile without stopping, I'm bounding up flights of stairs, my knee/joint pain, back, and neck pain are wildly improved, and I've dropped 20 pounds. Most importantly, I feel like I've regained at least 15 years of my active life. Pam, and all the coaches - Chris, Candi, Victor, Amber, Mike - are all great. Each of them seem to perfectly balance the ability to gently push your progress while not pressuring you beyond your comfort zone. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and non-judgemental. It's a great environment. Since the start of the pandemic, the gym has pivoted multiple times to make sure we all had the ability to keep going, from at home private coaching, to outdoor workouts, back to safely indoors. When I struggled to maintain, Pam reached out, as she does for everyone. They are a dedicated bunch who truly care about their clients' health and wellbeing. I moved away from LA recently and honestly the thing I miss most is Crossfit 626. It is truly an exceptional place. It's more than a gym, it's a community of amazing people bought together by amazing coach and owner Pam Eamranond. Pam cultivated a community atmosphere during classes, always introducing new people and making everyone feel included. The coaches are so talented and gauge your fitness level and abilities on so many axes and tailoring the workouts to you so that you get a hard workout without injury. There are three in San Marino and I went into all three and talked to the owners before I made a decision to join. Little did I know, I found a hidden gem. I knew nothing about Crossfit and had a lot of doubts on how full body exercise high intensity would help you grow consistently. I was wrong. I was in the worst shape of my life. My shoulders were tight and my back was aching frequently due to stress. Fast forward to today, I have gained 10lbs of muscle and able to do handstand push ups, 15 strict pull ups, a 265 lb. deadlift...etc. I have the same level of energy and focus all day, from morning to night. You will gain functional movement from doing crossfit. I feel healthy, mentally and physically. If you are thinking about getting into shape or competing in sports, this is the place for you. The owner and the coaches are very knowledgeable and care about your fitness goal. They’ll make sure you are growing consistently and challenging yourself without injury. I previously was on a generic performance program for athletes who wanted to be competitive...but after talking to Pam and Chris, I realized I could do a lot more in terms progression in my fitness. Both of them have been in the Crossfit/fitness scene for over 14+ years...easily...and have spent years educating themselves in terms of being able to help an athlete, kids, moms and dads, or just anybody, reach their potential goals. I'm currently on personal programming with Chris and learning a lot just with communicating with my coach and understanding my goals without getting injured. The coaches at 626 are always on point with checking on form which is SO important! With the start of the quarantine, I quickly realized that the thing I missed the most was going to 626 to get my workouts in. The coaches are all so welcoming and I looked forward to working out with the other members because everyone is so supportive of each other. The individual digital training provided the past few weeks has been a saving grace during this quarantine for my sanity and I can't thank 626 enough for that. CrossFit 626 and Pam have kept me accountable through this Covid crisis. No gym? No problem! Pam and Chris have taken things online with zoom classes and personalized programming. Couldn’t ask for better coaches, paying close attention to form...even on video! Highly recommend CrossFit 626 before, during and long after we get through this crisis!
This place has been my second home and family for almost 8 years now. The coaching and community has been the best I've found and keeps me coming back. Even with the pandemic going on the coaches have been painstakingly programming for us individually and are always available to answer any questions or suggest mods. Love these guys, they'll always be my gym and my haven!
CrossFit 626 is an excellent crossfit gym with an inspired coaching staff and dedicated members! Prior to the Covid-19 lock down, there were classes offered throughout the day to accommodate all schedules! Now, the coaches offer tailor made workouts that can be done at home with minimal equipment, which are both dynamic and challenging! Definitely an A+ place to gain mental and physical fitness!

I really enjoy the coaching and fellow classmates at this gym. Coaches are careful to observe our form and techniques without pushing us beyond what we're capable of. The "new" location is nice and spacious with plenty of space for everyone. Love this gym because everyone cares about the details. The coaches care about your form, technique, and mental well being.
Cool spot for a drop-in! Really accepting of me into the class and the coaching was top notch: good warmup related to the workout, focus on breaking down the movement, time to warm up to the weight and good pointers on my form during the workout. Thanks!

I was definitely in worse shape than I thought I was, when I came for the friends and family day the trainers did catch on as to hell wolfley out of shape I was a modified the exercises for me even with that I still didn't really finish and felt like I'd really been put through the paces.
