I started experiencing knee pain 3 months ago. X-rays did not show anything going on in my knee and in heap. My orthopedic doctor sent me to physical therapy that did not help too. My knee kept being swelling and pain did not go away. That was when my sister mentioned about myofascial therapy. I googled and found Southwest Myofascial Release. I took only 7 sessions and they helped me. My swelling went down dramatically. I can move easily. I know that I need more sessions, but I little financially limited. So, I continue doing exercises Aracelli suggested continue doing. The progress was great!!! Thank you so much!

After a car accident, I suffered significant amount of head, neck, shoulder & back pain.Upon first glance, Aracelli was able to identify many of the roots of the issue by the external architecture of my muscle and fascia. Aracely is fantastic! After ignoring lower back pain for over a year, I ended up injuring myself and finally decided to try physical therapy. After six weeks at SMR, my lower back pain has been significantly reduced (especially at night, which is when it's always the worst). I’d been struggling with chronic pain for a while going from one doctor or therapist to the next. I was frustrated and discouraged to not find relief. Meeting with Aracelli reminded me what it feels like to fully relax. Over time, our sessions helped me understand how I can manage my pain myself and how uniquely equipped I am to do so. I started a daily yoga practice a few months ago and continue using the ball daily. Things are shifting in my body and I am thankfully finding relief. This has been the best help I’ve found.

I have sever lumbar spinal stenosis, 2 bulge disc @ l3 l4 . Was in a lot of pain for years and never had a good nite sleep . Unfortunately Had surgery done and it was not successful and I was even in more pain and the doc recommended to have few more surgeries to address the pain . That was the worst mistake of my life was having a surgery. Luckily when I came to see my wife this year in New Jersey from all the way from Alabama . I met Aracelli and heard a lot of great stuff and her journey in healing and helping people with pain . I was hesitant to try her coz I had seen a lot of physical therapist and chiropractors and all in vain . The first session that I had with Aracelli was life changing . my pain dissipated a lot felt taller and felt like a feather lite . I felt very comfortable durning the session because of the manner of the therapist. Post session I feel like my hips are in brand new alignment. It was also very relaxing and good for my body and mind.
