I started experiencing knee pain 3 months ago. X-rays did not show anything going on in my knee and in heap. My orthopedic doctor sent me to physical therapy that did not help too. I’d been struggling with chronic pain for a while going from one doctor or therapist to the next. I was frustrated and discouraged to not find relief. Meeting with Aracelli reminded me what it feels like to fully relax. Over time, our sessions helped me understand how I can manage my pain myself and how uniquely equipped I am to do so. I have sever lumbar spinal stenosis, 2 bulge disc @ l3 l4 . Was in a lot of pain for years and never had a good nite sleep . Unfortunately Had surgery done and it was not successful and I was even in more pain and the doc recommended to have few more surgeries to address the pain . That was the worst mistake of my life was having a surgery. Luckily when I came to see my wife this year in New Jersey from all the way from Alabama . This place is so beautiful and down to earth. Araceli is a hard working woman and I love her energy and trusted that she knew what she was doing. I recommend Southwest Myofascial Release for pain relief! Aracelli has an intuitive sense of the cause of pain and she also has knowledge of the fascia, which is the connective tissue system that a lot of therapies don’t address. I was surprised at how she could visualize the root cause. She was able to help me release pain from years ago.
