We used Alpha Hospice in Everett for end-of-life care for my aunt, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. Things progressed much faster than any of us expected, and we honestly had no idea what we were doing. From the very beginning, Alpha was there for us 100% of the way.Every single person we interacted with — the nurses, social workers, and office staff — was incredibly compassionate, supportive, and responsive. They made us feel like we were their priority. Anything we needed was ordered quickly, and sometimes arrived the very same day. Everyone communicated so well with each other, which gave us so much peace of mind during an incredibly difficult time.The nurse we primarily worked with, Tatyana, was absolutely amazing. The care, kindness, and compassion she showed not only to my aunt but to our entire family is something we will never forget. She answered every question we had, never made us feel like we were bothering her, and even came in on a day she wasn't scheduled when we needed help. Her support meant more to us than she probably realizes.Even after my aunt passed, the compassion and care from Alpha continued. They treated her with such dignity and treated our family with so much kindness during one of the hardest experiences we've ever been through.We know Alpha has many patients, but they never once made us feel like we were just one of many. They made us feel like we were their only family.I would recommend Alpha Hospice to anyone and everyone who needs compassionate end-of-life care. These great people that work for Alpha helped us through a very difficult time with clear communication and compassion. Altho I can't remember everyone's names I can say that Ashley, Alee and Ash were all there for us and led us through the whole experience. Amy and Becky were the only two I had the pleasure of working with. Those two were incredibly patient and thorough with my little sister who is developmentally disabled. They took her blood pressure, temperature, and oximeter reading every single time, twice per week. The kindness and compassion they showed was above and beyond. Those two are great examples of how people should be treated. I look forward to seeing them again if the need arises.
