Really enjoyed working out at The Forge today! It’s in a great spot, right off Roswell Road and the owner, Colin, was super helpful. There are a ton of racks and space to do a full workout.

Absolutely love this CrossFit gym! From day one, the coaches have been knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping every athlete improve, no matter their fitness level. The programming is challenging, well thought out, and keeps every workout fresh.The community is what really sets this place apart. They did an amazing job hosting the Valentine’s Day Massacre competition. There were tons of people and things looked chaotic, but everything ran smooth and on time, making it a great experience!

I just moved to the area from Texas a few months ago. I had been looking for activities to meet people and stay active. While yoga and Pilates have both been enjoyable and challenging in their own way, they sorrily lacked in two things that make for great activity: genuine community and fun. This has been my first experience with CrossFit and oh my goodness have I loved it. I had no idea what I was getting into and was a little nervous at first, but you get to try a week for free if you’re new and then when you sign up you get one-on-one coaching for two weeks to learn the basics of the moves. I never feel awkward when I can’t remember the name or kind of an exercise- which is like every time I go. The coaches I’ve had are so attentive and really make sure you are using correct form and posture without making you feel like the black sheep. I’ve also joined a book club and they have fun activities like hiking groups monthly. For someone who is new to the area and didn’t know anyone, it really has filled my cup. Highly recommend. Oh! And I just found out they are offering dry needling which I’m excited about… that’s been helpful for me in the past. Anyways if you’re new to CrossFit or even thinking about trying it, don’t listen to all the people who hate on the sport because of injuries or bad experiences. They clearly didn’t come here.

This historic Roswell neighborhood "gem/cf gym" was an unexpected find . I was hesitant to try this at first because it's outside the realm of my usual fitness pursuits but I wanted to up my game, so to speak. Let me say I would not be considered as a typical CF patron, I am an advanced age female. Here's the thing, They have various programs including a funcional strength training (low intensity) with a great group of folks and coaches that support your progress. You do not have to do the exact excercise or lift the other patrons do, it's modified to fit your level. It's a positive , supportive , fun atmosphere!!I cannot recommend this gym enough.
