Other places wanted to charge me double fir window. Also helped with cranks that other places said we had to change window couldn't get cranks but Window Masters got them and installed them. Awesome. Thank you

Viktor and Martin did an AMAZING job during installation. They were very careful to detail and were very friendly. looks great. 10/10 Jesse did a great job for the window mesurments and he gave me great tips and recommandations. And thanks to krys at the office that scedules everything, very nice and does her possible for dates to work out.

Thanks to the staff and management. After the initial installation we had to have them come back to have a look at a couple of things. They returned to the house promptly and after our discussions they were able to work together on what we expected it all look like. Good to deal with. One small window was made poorly and the installer chose to have it redone. The replacement was wrong size. 3 times was the charm. I liked the fact that they would supply glass only. Everyone else wanted to replace the whole window. They also had access to some approx 18" x 60" door windows that have screens in the lower half, which worked very well for us. Would use them again. Roy Ellithorpe

They were great to deal with professional installers and the new windows look amazing. The interior window casing/trim that they placed looks top class as well and was ready for painting with minimal sanding. They are worth the price and would definitely recommend!

I had problems with windows leaking recently. They didn't even install them but Shelly went over pictures and has given me loads of things .. ideas to look at why !!! Very nice and we may have found the problem. Extra bonus .. thanks Shelly 🙂 I also found out they have and install some motorized blinds for my Skylight that I have been looking for .. double bonus. Nice shop .. on Gaetz ave .. easy to find and friendly people. I highly recommend.

I had a bay window out in last Friday . I wanna say they did an excellent job and sent the most friendly guys! The customer service from the office, right down to them coming Was a very good experience for me and now it -25 out and it’s warm as warm can be. We had Scott come to our home as we needed to replace our large kitchen window of which the seal had broken. Scott is precise, intelligent and has a great sense of humor. We were also having difficulty with our sinlge hung windows throughout our home. Scott ensured us they would be easy to fix with new hardware. Mike came to install our window and fix the other windows. Perfect job done! Mike also assisted us in getting our oversized couch through the window and down to the lower level of our home. Mike is precise, intelligent and went above and beyond any expectations. Both Mike and Scott are incredible humans that go that extra mile without hesitation.
