Really appreciated their professionalism and the way they explained everything that needed to be done. Jamie also fixed a leak under the sink (it had been leaking for ages) whilst he was here too. James decommissioned our existing heating and hot water system and installed a new oil fired boiler, heating and hot water system. Communication was excellent and James agreed the approach with us in advance to minimise impact on us. Extremely hard working, excellent attention to detail and we are delighted with the results. Will definitely be calling James again when we are ready to refit our bathrooms. Highly recommended

I had a very old, clapped out heating system that had to be replaced before it finally fell apart. I had a look at a few companies in Inverness who could do this work and James Garrow & Gastech had very good reviews. I contacted James and he came back to me straightaway to say that he would have a look at the system and give me an estimate which he did within 48 hours.Suffice to say, James and his employee carried out the work extremely quickly and efficiently. There were a few glitches, which was only to be expected given that the pipework was about 50 years old, but James and his colleague had the new system up and running in no time at all.I subsequently had an issue with a leak which was unrelated to the work that James had carried out in installing a new combi boiler. That said, James was immediately on hand to identify the problem and carry out the necessary remedial work to stop the leak at no additional cost.I was absolutely delighted by the service I got from James & GasTech and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking to have a new boiler installed or similar works.

When I contacted James about my "dead" gas boiler he came to my rescue the same day. Following an operation mu husband had come home from hospital to a cold house the day before. James was sympathetic and understanding. He advised me what I needed and how much it would cost. He fitted our new combi boiler the next day with no fuss and no mess. The work carried out by Gastec was prompt, professional and reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend James and his team for a job well done.
