When I contacted James about my "dead" gas boiler he came to my rescue the same day. Following an operation mu husband had come home from hospital to a cold house the day before. James was sympathetic and understanding. He advised me what I needed and how much it would cost. He fitted our new combi boiler the next day with no fuss and no mess. The work carried out by Gastec was prompt, professional and reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend James and his team for a job well done.

Installing a new central heating system is a big job, but after James first came round to our home to give us a quote I knew we were in safe hands! The temperatures have dropped in recent days, so James and his team worked hard to get our central heating up and running as fast as possible, completing the whole job in three days. They kept mess to an absolute minimum, took out the redundant water tanks, removed all rubbish, and went the extra mile to make sure radiators and pipework were installed not only to a high standard of workmanship but also in a visually appealing manner. The price we were quoted was very competitive and we are very impressed with the results. I am happy to have found such a professional gas safe engineer in Inverness and would thoroughly recommend James for all your boiler, central heating and plumbing needs.

Able, willing, more than competant, logical and extremely nice to deal with. What more do you need for any boiler issues. James responded to a cry for help for my elderly mums gas boiler which had thrown up a serious fault. The control card needed replacing and he found one locally and had the system operational within a couple of hours. Brilliant.

He and his co workers installed a complete new heating and hot water system for me quickly and efficiently with their banter coming free 🤣James will also be servicing my new system at a fraction of the cost of what I was paying, so folks use local contractors and forget the multi nationals.I would highly recommend James.
