The technician was polite and thorough, showing me the before and after video of the cleaning. I would definitely recommend!

A few weeks back I opened the dryer and though, hmm I don't believe the heat is leaving the dryer, so I disconnected the hose and sure enough it was not moving even close to enough. I started looking for companies that could clean out the exhaust pathway and found Dryer Vent Superheroes. The person that came in was very professional and knowledgeable, did the cleaning and the difference is quite noticable. So why 4 stars, well on the website they list a range for the cost based on where the exhaust from the building is. My exhaust doesn't go through walls, isn't hidden in anyway yet I was charged the full prices listed from the website. Its a bit miss-leading how the cost is calculated.
