Excellent. Freddie turned up bang on time introduced himself and didn’t want a cup of tea. He was aware of the job requirements and made sure I was as well. Got straight into it and showed me photos of the completed work which I was very happy with. Excellent customer service and an excellent finish to the work. I can’t thank Harry and his team enough for all the excellent work they have done for us. We were in a real tricky situation with a building problemAnd our building work could not continue till the roof was modified.Harry came he accessed the work explained what wound be the best options. He sent over a quote which was very reasonable and made arrangements for the works to be completed as soon as possible even thought it was difficult for him to fit us in.We were over the moon with the completion of the work,he also replaced a cracked roof tile while he was there.The standard of the work was excellent the whole team were professional and extremely polite.Harry is a real Diamond I would have no reservation about recommending him to anyone.
