We took our newly purchased, 2021 Newmar Ventana diesel motorcoach, here to get the carb emissions for the state of CA. This is part of the process to register our coach. While there, they also did an inspection from front to back, and honestly, saved us hundreds of dollars. Isaiah and the technicians were thorough, educated, and extremely helpful. After an unexpected missing oil cap and oil mess on an RV we called up Bonafide and asked for help. They were able to provide us with quick service. They had the parts and oil ready for us to pick up immediately and also provided us with the rags to clean up the mess. The customer service Ben and Isaiah provided us with was top notch! I’ve always seen this shop when I was getting on the freeway by my house. I thought they only worked on large tractor trailers.I had a coolant leak on my Tacoma and needed a convenient place to take it so I thought I’d take it in and see if they could help me. They fixed it in a couple days which is quick considering I didn’t have an appointment. . Fair labor rate and experienced crew. Will return for more work as needed.
