My HVAC unit required a new breaker. I called Brian at Casper G. Sippel and he asked me to take a photograph of the breaker in my breaker box. I texted him the photo and the next day a technician came in and installed it! This was all done within 24 hours of my initial phone call!!! Service was great, they came quickly and the electrician was very friendly and helpful. Quickly diagnosed a difficult issue and repaired the feed to our AC before the hottest week of the year. Despite quoting for replacing the whole cable, found he could do a much smaller and quicker fix, making it faster and much less expensive.

I have called on Sipple over the years for whole house wiring (with two properties I once owned) as well as for all the smaller issues. I have always felt confident that service would be good and fair. And it definitely helps that personnel are pleasant.
