First time using susan's pool service. Ashley & Chloe were the service techs that responded to turn our pool clear againThey tested the water, brushed side walls, then added the chemicals needed to turn it from light green to ckear.They are returning thursday, 2nd of three services, to treat, brush then udsng their equipment, vacuum.Impressed with these two service tech with their knowledge & work.Both worked together well as a teamHopefully this will solve my pool water problems, since other companies cant figure it out.9/3/26, Ashley & Charlie came out for 2nd of three treatments.The pool was very much improved since Tuesday 9/1/26.like they said it would do.They cleaned & treated pool again & will be back tomorrow to ckean, vacuum & treat to get it clear.Impressed with their work.Not impressed with communication from management on responding to voice mail, etc.Got that work out with Ben & should mot be an issue again.Keeping 4 stars for now.ADDED: 9/4/26, Ashley & Charlie came out for 3rd visit of 3 to clean, vacuum, & treat pool. The pool is still not clear like they thought it would be.I am a little disappointed that everything they did & tried, still didn't get it crystal clear yet.See photo attached.

We had a few hiccups with our pool, we use a pool company, but we had a bit of an emergency and they could not get us in in time so decided to go with Susan‘s Pool care. First of all Paul the owner of the company went above and beyond for us! Joshua and Chloe came and hard piped and moved our pump/ equipment. Fast professional and precise. Definitely my new pool care company.

Highly recommend the pool school for both beginner and advanced pool knowledge. As complete beginners, we were guided through every aspect of pool chemistry in a way that was easy to understand. Paul has been incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, always willing to answer questions and help when needed. We truly can’t say enough good things and would absolutely recommend them to anyone learning how to care for a pool.

Got a complete 101 lesson today on my pool. Paul came out and walked me through all I need to know and then some. He was so knowledgeable and took his time making sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. He knows what he is doing he did not try to sell me anything in fact gave me free test strips. We are upgrading my valves to run things much more efficient and for the longevity of the pool. Very impressed.
