Hector and his team were awesome! They were quick and efficient. Kept the dust down and cleaned up after they left. The floors look amazing. Hector was so great in the whole process. He was knowledgeable and helping with explaining the entire process. There were differences of opinions in my family when it came to the flooring, but with his expertise and great eye for taste, he was able to help us make the final decision on flooring! I worked with Hector and his team. I had a complex job with an arched door frame that I wanted larger format tiles around but I didn’t want to use a schulter edge for aesthetic reasons. I interviewed 4 different tile companies but Hector took the time to inquire about my design decisions and made sure to share options and took great care to visualize them as much as possible to help inform my decisions. There was one instance when the crew laid the tiles in the incorrect pattern but I notified Hector and the team came back that day to fix the issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire this company again.
