We had a great experience with Dr.Rob while treating my daughter’s heel pain from Sever’s disease. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to her needs as a young dancer. He helped her work toward improving her symptoms, returning to dance more comfortably, and understanding how to manage her heel pain safely. I really appreciated the individualized care and guidance throughout her treatment. I would highly recommend him to other parents, especially those with dancers dealing with dance-related injuries!

10 out of 10, would highly recommend it!! My daughter is 14 and has been experiencing joint pain related to hypermobility. Since she is a dancer, it was really important to us to find a place that understands what she was going through not only from a physical therapy standpoint, but also as a dancer.I reached out and was able to get an appointment immediately! They were so nice and we felt like she was truly understood and cared for. They took the time to listen to her, understand the demands that dance puts on her body, and work with her in a way that made her feel comfortable and supported but she didn't fear they were going to tell her to stop doing what she loved to do.They follow up with her to make sure that she is on the correct healing journey. We are incredibly thankful for the knowledge, patience, and genuine care they have shown her and we are very grateful to have found them!

I’m a professional dancer and I started working with Rob after experiencing a scary back injury. I couldn’t walk or stand for multiple days due to problems with two herniated discs and pelvis issues. Dr. Rob made me feel like there was a solution and way forward through this injury and rehab process. Dr. Rob is a great PT because he looks at the bigger picture of what conditions the dancer is working through alongside the expectations and realities that professional dancers are faced with. He also understands the extremes that our body needs to get back to and makes it easy for dancers to stay on track through the resource of having an app that tracks our exercises. I highly recommend working with Dr. Rob!! He is a genuine, kind, and curious human that is passionate about his work!!

I came to DANCEPREHAB with achilles tendonitis, but they have helped me with other injuries as well. I am a ballet dancer. My sessions were engaging and fun and gave me plenty of ways to deal with my injuries in various different training scenarios. Overall I have really enjoyed my experience. As a fellow dancer, Claire really understands my needs and has been able to effectively share my limitations and progress with my teachers to ensure that I am training in way to maximize my healing.

Working with Rob has truly been one of the most positive and impactful experiences in my healing journey. His approach is incredibly integrative, educational, thoughtful, and kind. For the first time in a very long time, I feel like someone is looking at my body as a whole rather than simply treating individual symptoms.I came to Rob dealing with ongoing issues with my spine, numbness and lack of feeling down my left leg, osteoarthritis in my left knee, and chronic pain. His approach of first helping my joints regain mobility and then teaching my muscles to activate, stabilize, and work together again has made a tremendous difference. I have gained mobility, strength, awareness, and most importantly, a significant decrease in pain.As a former professional ballet dancer and Pilates educator integrated movement has always been an important part of how I understand my body. Even though I’m no longer a professional athlete , Rob understands an athlete and movers body and mindset the importance of mobility, strength, alignment, and the connection between all of those pieces. Feeling my body begin to work together again has been incredibly meaningful, not only physically but mentally as well.Rob listens, educates, and genuinely cares. I came across DANCEPREHAB when looking for training sessions for my daughter to get her ready for auditions. I was looking for training specifically for dancers. Dr. Claire is the best! She is very knowledgeable and professional. My daughter trained with her and in only 10 sessions the improvement in my daughter’s mobility, strength and balance was very significant. My daughter learned so much from Dr. Claire and I am so glad we found DANCEPREHAB.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. I had hammer toe in both feet and my doctor recommended I have six different surgeries that would require me to be off my feet for one year. Unacceptable. I found Dr. Rob through a referral and what a difference he made. Through regular visits and home stretching and exercising I was able to completely remove the pain from both my feet and now I live a very active lifestyle, including running and mountain biking. I am in my mid fifties and feel like I am 30 again!
