My experience with CrossFit in 2024 has been fantastic. It can feel intimidating to start, but Coach Jared and the rest of the CrossFit folks do a great job making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The energy is great, and the gym feels truly community-oriented; nothing like the anonymous big-box gym vibe that I'm used to. If you’re thinking about trying CrossFit, I’d highly recommend it!
