Had to replace a window broken after my car was broken into. They got the replacement part ordered in the morning and had me come in later in the afternoon and was done in about 45 minutes. Friendly staff and quality work. Will definitely go back if I need any other service later

I saw on of their ad’s on instagram and I gave them a call about replacing my glass on my tesla model Y. When they quoted me the price I thought it wasn’t true since every other quote I gotten was 400 to 1000 more. Regardless, I decided to give them a chance and I could not be more satisfied the work they did was outstanding, and the price that they quoted me was exactly what I paid. I will definitely be coming back here to replace any glass on any of my vehicles. I highly suggest if you have a Tesla, please don’t look anywhere else. These guys will get it done, right And for a very affordable price compared To other places. Everything works as it should my auto pilot my cameras everything was calibrated. The owner and his brother Have great personalities and made me feel welcomed.

I had such a great experience with Showcase Auto Glass! From the very first phone call, Amanda was amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind while answering all my questions. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating calling around for quotes and hoping you're getting honest pricing, but Amanda made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. She took the time to explain things and never made me feel rushed or pressured.When I came in to have my windshield replaced, the experience continued to be just as great. Everything was quick, smooth, and organized. Jimmy helped me when I arrived and he was also incredibly polite and helpful. I definitely recommend SHOWCASE Auto Glass. Their friendliness and professionalism made me feel welcomed and assured they would get the job done. I called about a ding on my car windshield and I was able to schedule an appointment in the same week. While i waited the day of the repair I spoke with Amanda who was very friendly, hospitable, and had small talk with. I did overhear Amanda help out a customer over the phone who had a inquiry and Amanda was thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable with the customer who seemed happy for Amanda's assistance. So I felt comfortable that SHOWCASE Auto Glass was going to be the shop I go to for future repairs. Once Jimmy arrived to repair the window he was very polite and explained the process to me and made me feel good that the job would get done. The job itself maybe took less than 10 minutes and overall was impressed. The ding on the windshield looks nonexistent to me and makes me feel better driving my car around without being overly fixated on the ding. Overall I loved their service and will be coming here again. Not just for their service but their politeness and welcoming demeanor. Thank you guys again for all your help!
