The staff is always ready to top you off on coffee or whatever you're drinking. They have a morning breakfast special of ordering 3 of the same breakfast tacos 🌮 for a great price. The tacos are well portioned an go great with their in house green salsa

This is our first time coming here. Small restaurant and small parking lot, but it looks like there may be additional parking in a big lot adjacent to the restaurant. The restaurant is small, not too many tables, but they accommodate large families by putting tables together. They also have a few booths. My husband and I visited and the food was so delicious. The salsa and house-made chips was good. I ordered shrimp enchiladas with a verde sauce. My husband ordered the carnita burrito. It came with rice and beans. The refried beans were authentic and rice was very good. She waitress was so sweet. The portions are big and the price is very affordable. It was only my husband and I. With our meal and two drinks it was only $35. Don't let this little place fool you. The food is so good!

DELICIOUS!! Small hole in the wall business very close to fort Sam. salsa was super fresh and tasty! Queso hit the spot! Prices were awesome.Steak quesadilla 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 one of my favorites spots in SA. I also enjoy their breakfast tacos. Actually, I haven’t had anything bad here!

Huge portions of good food at affordable prices. Waitress must not have written notes as orders came out wrong, but all was righted in the end. Fine, but not my favorite. I enjoyed the rice the most. Didn't have mushrooms for veggie quesadilla, which was sad.

The grilled shrimp basket. Shrimp were jumbo and grilled to perfection. The veggies and salad were fresh and crisp. The shell was of pastry quality. My family enjoyed the meals. Grandson just graduated from medic school at Fort Bluss and had been recommended to the Charo Mexican Grill. My daughter and husband enjoyed their lunch as well.

Tejano here! I was staying in the neighborhood and wanted some Tex-Mex food after arriving early in the morning from the West Coast. I randomly chose this restaurant and I'm glad I did. I had the carne guisada. I'll definitely come back and try other items on the menu. Don't let the empty restaurant fool you! It was a late dinner 45 minutes prior to closing. The worker told me they get busy in the day for breakfast and lunch time as there is a military base nearby.
