I’ve been working with Reig for just under a year and am so grateful for his support. My initial goal was to build strength for some big hikes- and I just completed one feeling stronger than I imagined! Reig consistently checks in about my goals, adapts workouts when needed, and is always mindful of any minor injuries. Although I’m not local, the online platform he uses works really well. Each week, he programs the workouts with helpful notes, encouragement on how to increase weights safely, and even sends extra videos on form when needed. It’s been fun to feel myself getting stronger, and I highly recommend Reig if you’re looking for a knowledgeable and positive coach!

I've never considered a trainer because I've always worked out regularly and didn't feel like I needed the guidance or motivation. However, I went to Reig for one session to do a form check and have been using his coaching now exclusively for over 6 months. I find his knowledge to be invaluable as someone who wants to lift heavier and become stronger, but do it in a safe an effective way. His programs are customized to me and my goals and he adjusts and changes them weekly and monthly based on my feedback and how I am progressing, no one size fits all approach here! The app he provides all of the tailored workouts through is very user friendly and makes it easy to communicate one-on-one with Reig. He is quick to respond to any messages I send through the app even on the weekends and I can tell he's checking in on what I am doing by a simple 👍 or 'great work!' after I complete each workout. All of that to say, the online coaching Reig provides is just about as personal as you can get and the results speak for themselves! In 6ish months, I have gone from 0 to 5 unassisted pull ups, deadlifting and hip thrusting just the barbell to surpassing my bodyweight on those moves and countless other strength gains I may not have achieved on my own. I recommend Reigs online coaching to anyone looking for personalized but flexible training with someone who is knowledgeable and truly cares about his clients achieving their goals.

ReigI have been working with Reig for 3 years. Consistently from the very beginning Reig has evolved my workouts to meet my personal goals. I’m a 73 year old widower who wanted to supplement my other exercise activities to lose weight, tone up and build muscle. I wanted to present better, feel more confident and reenter the dating scene. That initial set of goals was easily met within 4 months following Reig’s training- modified my diet, dropped that last 15 pounds, increased upper body strength, reduced the abdomen and love handles. But in order to maintain and progress, and because he is such an expert and personable coach, I have continued to enjoy working with him and will for the foreseeable future.

I've had the pleasure to work with Coach Reig for about two years. Prior to working with Reig, I did not have knowledge related to strength training (form, function, training load, etc.). Through our time together, Reig has helped me incorporate consistent strength training into my once cardio-dominated exercise routine. He has coached me on nutrition, specifically macro tracking and how this paired with strength training can aid me in achieving my goals. During the last two years, I have lost 25 pounds, gained mental and physical strength, and improved my relationship with both food and exercise. Reig has taught me the skills, knowledge, and routines that once felt so intimidating and unsustainable. Reig is approachable, realistic, encouraging, and down to earth. He has made my health and fitness journey enjoyable and approachable. Highly recommend!

Coach Reig has been a personal friend for over a decade, and after having a child and hitting roadblocks getting back into an exercise routine I felt good about, I called upon him as a trainer, too. Over the last 3 years working together, I’ve rebuilt my body and mind, gaining more muscle than I’ve ever had, getting stronger and leaner through programmed workouts and tailored macros. Reig is approachable, knowledgeable, and gets results! I highly recommend him to everyone I talk to about health and fitness.
