Reig McConnell Coaching
I've had the pleasure to work with Coach Reig for about two years. Prior to working with Reig, I did not have knowledge related to strength training (form, function, training load, etc.). Through our time together, Reig has helped me incorporate consistent strength training into my once cardio-dominated exercise routine. He has coached me on nutrition, specifically macro tracking and how this paired with strength training can aid me in achieving my goals. During the last two years, I have lost 25 pounds, gained mental and physical strength, and improved my relationship with both food and exercise. Reig has taught me the skills, knowledge, and routines that once felt so intimidating and unsustainable. Reig is approachable, realistic, encouraging, and down to earth. He has made my health and fitness journey enjoyable and approachable. Highly recommend!
