Came in for a consultation with the intention to move forward with a selected treatment plan had I felt comfortable doing so. The spa is impeccably clean sanitary and not to mention very stylish. Their suite is easy to find as well as plenty of designated parking spots. The staff was very warm friendly and unlike some med spas I had experienced prior, the staff here are so kind patient and knowledgeable while not being pushy at all with any sort of upcharges or hidden fees. They will not try to sell you products or services they feel you might not benefit from or be the best candidate for. I ended up getting a laser treatment same day and felt they went above and beyond from start to finish. They have great competitive deals throughout the year. I went to Northville Beauty Spa to use their theralight red light bed. I suffer from pain and stiffness in my joints due to rheumatoid arthritis. It has brought enough relief to get on with my day with less difficulty. The staff are super welcoming and always greet me with a smile. Everything is super clean and sanitary. I have been going here for a year now, and I am very happy with the laser treatments I have gotten here. I have been dealing with skin texture and hyperpigmentation for a long time now, but the treatments have improved my skin significantly. I am not saying there are any magic treatments you can get. Everyone's journey is different. But if anyone is looking to improve their overall skin health and has no underlying issues, I think laser treatments like Halo or Moxi are great. You can get a free consultation before starting any treatment. In my opinion, it was worth it for me! Less
