Five Branch Massage & Wellness

I have been going to Five Branch massage for around two months and I wanted to share my impressions. I get a massage once a week, have scoliosis, and usually suffer from back pain. Sarah Ellis has been my masseuse each visit. Ron, the owner and also a masseur, is often at the front desk greeting clients.First, let me explain that this facility is well kept and very clean. The staff are very friendly and will accommodate your requests as best that they can. I appreciate the professionalism that I encounter each visit and the courtesy of the service provided. Water and teas are available before or after a massage, the sauna is a red light sauna and the first use is free so there is no reason not to try it out. I will say that you should let Ron know in advance so the sauna can be ready for use. There is also a cold plunge which can be very therapeutic and it is also free for the first use. Each visit, I have been greeted warmly and checked in quickly. I do not believe I've waited more than five minutes and never has my appointment time been reached before I am brought back. To me as a client, that means the schedule is well managed and the massage therapists have short breaks between clients so rooms can be properly switched out.Sarah, who is the only masseuse I have experienced there, is fantastic. She takes feedback about pressure well, adjusting as needed for comfort. Before each session, she has checked in with me to see how my body is feeling and to find out problem areas that I need more attention on. I am a chatter during my massages and our conversations are always delightful. She is an asset to Five Branch and I cannot recommend her enough. As an added note, a friend has also seen Manuel there, if female massage therapists are not your preference, and she was very pleased with him massage. If you've never had a massage before, this is a wonderful place to go. For those who've had massages in the past, this is not a corporation like other locations in town. A 60 minute massage is 60 minutes of time on your body. 90 minutes is 90 minutes of hands on time. Its well priced and well worth the visit. I highly recommend! Also, of the addon services offered I have had hot stone (which I now get every time) and cupping (which I personally was not a fan of, but it was worth the try). I also sometimes get aromatherapy depending on the day. Any of the addons can be put on any massage, just ask the front desk worker or Ron and they can explain everything.Update 7/15/2026: I continue to be a happy and satisfied customer. If you are interested in a massage, this is the place in town that I recommend to everybody. Their staff are amazing, they have a relaxing vibe, and I still see Sarah as my masseuse. Just wanted to drop this update to say, the quality has continued since I first posted this review. They have since started a membership program that I did join, and have had no problems with. Check them out, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
