Skip this place. They are terrible on time management. Two separate times I had appoints & was kept waiting. Today it was an hour of waiting, even aside from numbing time, they had zero communication with me as to how long it would take. I left without treatment.I asked the owner to call, and she did not.She had a “Manager” call.No thanks— there are a ton of other providers willing to take good care of their clients.

The front desk receptionist was curt and lacked basic phone etiquette. As a potential client, I expected simple questions to be answered before committing to a $150 consultation.She did not offer to ask the practitioner my questions, nor did she ask what those questions were. Instead, I was given an ultimatum to either book the consultation or not be seen at all.I understand that each provider has their own techniques, but I was only asking about general microneedling practices such as preferred pressure and the areas typically treated. That information should be easy to provide and helps clients make informed decisions.

This place is absolutely incredible! Jordanna Burke was my practitioner. I came in thinking I wanted one thing and she, with thoughtful consideration, directed me to something that was more beneficial for my particular needs. I had a procedure called Moxie and although I'm only on day 5 post procedure the youthfulness of my skin is noticeable. Thank you for the entire staff. Everyone is kind and supportive, highly recommended. Also, they have a new location and although I didn't go to the last one, this one is Stellar. 10/10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
