Rosemarie is kind, super knowledgeable, and a master at her craft. She was supportive throughout the whole process of buying a home, and (in a seller’s market, no less) found me the home of my dreams. It was better than I could have expected. Now I’m a happy homeowner, and Rosemarie still insists that I let her know if I run into any troubles. As first time buyers, it was crucial for us to find an agent that was going to take care of us and help us along the way. Rosemarie was beyond all expectations. She truly cares about her clients and her devotion to what she does is inspiring. Rosemarie made us feel like family! During these crazy times with the pandemic and all of the rules and regulations, she was constantly in touch with us and on top of everything-- getting us into every showing we were interested in, and as fast as ever. Amazing Agent doesn’t even cover it! Rosie is very professional and knows her stuff. She negotiates so well it was like I was on one of those realtor tv shows?? I would use and recommend her very highly. She really took the time to explain the home selling buying process to us and truly cares about you. If you call she will Answer or call you back for sure, other realtors I’ve work with have not offered me such service so this is a big plus to me. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Rosemarie was great. She worked very hard for me. The place I wanted to get was out of her way and she went there multiple times just to make sure people did what they said they did. She was really helpful and took A LOT of stress off of me. If I ever buy a house in SC or even NC, I would use her again. I also tell people about her all the time. She even impressed my family (who my mom has been in this line of work for about 15 years now). I felt like I got lucky by finding her :)
